Sommelier Level One

Level one is divided into 7 theoretical and practical lessons, each lasting two hours and covers the following units:

  • Tasting techniques
  • Cellar organisation and management
  • Service of wine
  • Winemaking
  • Sparkling wine production
  • Spirits
  • National and International wine legislation

Final lesson will focus on a review of the previous Level one sessions in preparation for the final exam.
